Generally, we are able to fill all our submitted pre-orders, but there are rare occasions the manufacturer/distributor are not able to fulfill orders, in those cases, we may receive partial or no part of our order. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order purchase, you will receive a full refund on your pre-order.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you may do so at any time prior to shipment. To cancel a pre-order contact us via email at sales@thetoybunker.com with your order #. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days from the time of your cancellation request (please allow 3-5 business days from the date refund is issued for funds to show in your account).
