What are your product conditions?
Minimal Shelf Wear: The product has very minimal shelf wear including but not limited to scuffing, mild cornering. The product would be the same condition as usually found on a brick and mortar store shelf. Factory Packaging Cosmetic Flaws are possible.
Damaged: The product has some form of damage either from cornering, severe scuffing or veining and would be suggested to be an open display product.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal as an option to purchase anything from our store.
What is your return policy?
In the event of a return being required the item(s) must be returned in the exact same condition as sold and where possible packed in the same shipping box as delivered to avoid any damage in transit within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping will be at the buyers expense and the buyer should ensure item(s) are packed safely for return as the buyer will be responsible for item(s) until safely delivered back for inspection. Use a tracked or signed for service only.
We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us and would recommend the buyer using a tracked delivery service to return item(s). For item(s) returned in the exact same condition as sold, a sale price refund will be issued less our original shipping costs to the buyer.
Orders received that have been damaged in shipping (evidence required) will be issued with a returns label and subject to replacement or refund based on product availability.
Why do you not ship international?
We have a US reseller agreement with Deflector DC Specialty Display Cases that allows us to only sell within the United States. If you live outside the United States please go directly to their webpage, here.
What is your pre order policy?
A pre order is an item not yet released, therefore not guaranteed, that will have a estimated release date you can purchase now to secure the product as soon as it releases. The release date is subject to change for reasons such as manufacturing delays, shipping delays, customs hold ups, etc.. .
Full payment is required at the time of your pre-order purchase.
If your order contains pre-order and in-stock items, any in-stock items will be held until your pre-order items arrive. If you wish to have your in-stock items ship immediately, we recommend you place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.
Generally, we are able to fill all our submitted pre-orders, but there are rare occasions the manufacturer/distributor are not able to fulfill orders, in those cases, we may receive partial or no part of our order. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order purchase, you will receive a full refund on your pre-order.
Discount codes are not valid on pre-order items unless noted.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you may do so at any time prior to shipment. Cancellations made 24 hours after your purchase will be subjected to a 5% cancellation fee (no exceptions/exclusions). To cancel a pre-order contact us via email at email@example.com with your order #. We will issue a refund, minus any cancellation fees to your original payment method within 1-2 business days from the time of your cancellation request (please allow 3-5 business days from the date refund is issued for funds to show in your account).

Now, not only can we chase our passion in collecting action figures, but we can now offer our clients in the US a tested and trusted protective case, all the latest action figure releases at retail prices plus multiple out of production items at fair market prices..

Do you have a brick & mortar storefront?
Yes we have a small retail display located at our store you can come in and shop locally. We also have several game tables you may use for gaming. We have planned expansions so check back often.

Do you have local pickup?
Yes we allow orders placed online to be picked up locally at our warehouse after you receive your email saying your order is ready. All the information to pick up your order will be in your email.
